The most typical example of useless feedback

Why is it useless? Because TDO is not a small piece of code. This form contains 38 commands and hundreds of logic operations. Clicking any button could trigger the above prompt, and it’s impossible for us to check all the commands.
How should I report a bug?
- Please check the version number (every form has a version number) to ensure it’s the latest version. We do not handle bugs outside the latest version, and you cannot know whether we have fixed them in the latest version.
- Please take a screenshot, it must be full screen, not just a small section. If you don’t know what information is useful to us, please circle or highlight the important parts.
- Recording videos on your phone and sending them to us is the most efficient way for us to analyze problems.
- Counterexample 1: Your laptop screen only occupies 1/4 of your video. At the very least, you need to make sure we can see it clearly.
- Counterexample 2: A 10-minute video was recorded (you don’t know where the problem is, the complete video is fine), but only 10 seconds of it is actually useful. Then, not a single sentence is spoken, and not a single 10-word summary is provided. Please let us know where the key point is.
- Please try replacing the component to see if the error can be reproduced. If it cannot be reproduced, it indicates that this particular component has some special characteristics that we haven’t considered. Please send us the package containing the replaced component.
